Charge Pipe for BMW N55 Engine (F2x, F3x, F87)

The plastic charge pipe is one of the N55's (F2x, F3x, F87) known weak points. Heat cycling makes the factory coupler brittle, and over time it cracks, fractures and eventually fails — usually taking your boost with it. We've had a steady run of enquiries from owners after exactly this failure. Our alloy replacement fixes it for good: a CNC coupler that won't go brittle like the original.

Fitment

Will not fit xDrive. On xDrive cars the steering rack sits where the pipe needs to go, so there's no clearance.

What you get

• CNC-machined alloy coupler and flanges — no more brittle plastic, no more cracking
• Sharper throttle response and reduced turbo lag
• Retains the factory-style O-ring throttle lock flange for a clean, OEM-style fit
• Precision CNC couplers for quick, easy connection and disconnection
• Powder-coated hard pipes for a durable, hard-wearing finish
• Keeps your factory electronic diverter valve
• Water/meth injection boss built in — run it if you want it, or fit the supplied plug if you don't
• Direct replacement for OEM part 13717604033

Before you fit

Keep your original O-rings and seals during removal — they're reused on the Forge hoses.
